Amazing experience! Personalized service, great advice and excellent products. Alexandra and Linda were both very kind and helpful. I ordered the wrong travel bag for my stroller and Alexandra arranged for a new one before I even noticed; also had no problem with the exchange of another accessory. Really customer-oriented. Weve bought a nursing chair, a bedroom set, a stroller, as well as many other smaller items and she always took as much time as we needed to explain the pros and cons of each option.
