Nice small building, feels homey(like home),Spend practically all my free time there.Nice staff,very friendly and knowledgeable. There very motivating.Have some good trainers and nautitionists. This is the place to go if you wants to see results.Prices are affordable.FYI its Veronica(not Tamara)

Great gym. Lots of cardio equipment. Variety of machines and weights. Staff is nice. Gym is kept very clean. Offers group classes. Showers and sauna are clean and well maintained. Usually not too crowded.
