Very very bad experience. Charged me 100$ unfairly and refused to let me talk to the manager when I asked for it. I will file an official complaint with Canadian Tire Headquarter and see what they have to say for the behaviour of their saff!More details on my case: I asked for an oil change in my cars since the check engine was on with a message that showed (Low engine oil). I asked the guy at the counter to change the Oil in my care, see if the check engine is still ON then Scan the Check Engine code. He told me that it's impossible. That check engine light never appear because of a needed oil change. It turns out he was wrong and they charged me the full price for the check engine diagnostic (100) and refused to let me talk to the manager saying he has nothing to say to me... It's a shame that we live in 2018 and we still have to experience such bad customer service!!See photo for the charges

The staff was very useful. In dept. stores like this, service makes all the difference between a good experience and a frustrating one. I was served quickly. They offered alternatives to my purchase. One mechanic went the extra mile to help me out with my car problem. +1 for customer service. Please keep it up.
Avoid like the plaque....brought a car to get a 2nd opinion for a heating issue...came up with some random story and part that i know wasn't the case.asked to speak to manager to confront them on the horrible evaluation.was yelled at by manager... recommendation to people avoid this garage.recommendation to manager Anger management
Not the sexiest looking CT around. They fixed the facade but the insides still look like your 80s CT BUT you can't beat the convenient location on the corner of the 40 and sources. They keep their stock replenished (unlike other CTs that are always out of inventory). Also great to go fine items at because if it doesn't have it, there is another CT 5 minutes west on the 40 around st Charles.
