I would've given it 4 stars but customer service is so poor. Especially one of the men waiters. So much disrespect for their clientele. My wife had accidentally spilled tea and this man was swearing because he had to clean it up. I believe he maybe related to the older lady because they look alike. You won't miss him, he wears glasses with black frames. I believe he's the only server who wears glasses. If you're going to be grumpy them don't work in customer service because you are going to be miserable my friend. Other than that, food is good but the lack of customer service makes it not enjoyable. Food: 4/5Cleanliness: 4/5Customer Service: 1/5

You dont go to this place for the customer service, thats for sure - unfortunately, they have none! BUT, they make a mean pho soup and fresh spring rolls at great prices which is what keeps my husband and I going back! Aside from the terrible service, it reminds us of Vietnam every time we go.

Above average food. Quick service. The menu seems like it has a lot of choices although it's only one ingredient, more or less, that seperates them.If you're looking for a quick bite out, not too expensive, this is a good stop.

Best pho in the westisland! Service could be a little friendlier but the food is great and cheap.*edit* after 3 more visits I had to drop a star. The wait time is ridiculously slow. 10 to 15 mins before they even take your order. Actually had to walk out tonight as a 20 min wait on a monday at 8pm is pretty unacceptable. Definitely need to get more than one server for the restaurant.
