Got to the cinema 10 minutes after our movie time started but still had time to catch the movie since there are always previews. There were 4 employees behind the concession counter with a lineup of 6 people and only 1 person serving all of us since everyone else was too busy cleaning up the counters, and the manager just standing there watching but doing nothing to speed service up! Ended up missing first 10 minutes of the movie because of this kind of service! Makes no sense at all.
Small run down theatre with gross bathrooms. Only good part was there is parking. The staff seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves then serving customers and the girl at the ticket booth could use some charm classes. Also Guzzo get with the times and take debit!!
Went to attend a showing at Sources 10 on Saturday October 7th, 2018. All seats were taken and approximately 15 people standing in the back of the theater and 10 people sitting or lying on the floor. It appears that this theater either oversells or allows people to enter that did not buy a ticket. I do not think Guzzo's standard policies are being followed at this location. I have not encountered this at other locations. They provided a full refund when we decided to leave with no questions asked.
We bought passes at Costco and what a great promo! Quick service, smiley workers and great seats.
Went to Guzzo Des Sources July 9th 2018, paid 24$ to watch The purge. During the movie there were several teens (I'd say 15 to 17max) that wouldn't shut up during the movie. They were asked multiple times to be silent and watch the movie but no to success. Informed the manager on duty only to be told that he can't do anything about it. Not happy with the lack of effort to address the situation. At 12$ for entry and include snack around another 10$ I think I'll wait for the DVD to come out and just buy it. I haven't had many issues like this before but with the staff all being rather young it seems they don't want to step on anyone's feet but they need to be able to handle this situation. They're nice and with a smile so I'll give them that. But overall not happy with this last experience..
