I called Arc En Ciel Express 2000 at 12:00pm for a friend on a Grand Prix Friday as her prearranged 9:00am mover were a no show even after the move being the 3rd time she used them. Arc en Ciel Express 2000 showed up 2 hours later extremely courteous and efficient had to make a pit stop with a regular client and delivered as expected by 4:30 that afternoon. I was a little worried but they assured me that all would be done professionally and at a really reasonable rate.
