If I could have given them a 0 star I would have. I purchased dinotrux loot bags via walmart and their return policy is showing as we have 15 days. It does not mention I will have to pay for shipping or there is a 20% restocking fee under returns. Apparently it's stated under customer service---which is so incredibly dumb. The item did not have measurements and the loot bags were too big so I wanted to return them. What irritates me is when I am asking to speak to a manager as Ron Goldman is very abrupt and there is no sense of what can I do to help this customer. I am extremely irritated and WILL NEVER buy anything from them ever again. For $8 loot bags, I refuse to pay a 20% restocking fee! ridiculous!
