The staff is super friendly, helpful and the store manager Gilles always has good recommendations and knows his products very well. Vanessa is very helpful and knows her way around recording gear. Picked up a pair of replacement tuners (machine heads) for my old Gibson. Got good advice and good price on a set of replacement pegs.
They finally have a few higher end guitars. Unfortunately they do not have a lot of stock on parts. Still great service!
