Infrastructure well conserved and clean. Train line always on time.

Not very convenient for rush hours. People are stack like sardines. Not enough space to walk across the platform during rush hour. Ticket machine practically never works.

Nothing special, parking space is limited and full during the week.

Need more free parking.

Service used to be great. Then in 2017, went south. In 2018, in the first two weeks, there was more than 300 delayed or cancelled trains on the network. Thats 20 per day (source : LaPresse+, Tuesday, Jan. 16, p. 4 of the Actualits. One was delayed 40 minutes in -25C!!
